Preparation includes a veterinary examination, tests and ultrasound. Confirm timing and request the results for your puppy.
Preparation
Core vaccinations, a separate rabies vaccination, treatments, microchip and veterinary documents are scheduled for the specific puppy and route.

No more than five dogs are cared for at once, preserving time for feeding, walks, training and calm adaptation.
Flight to Russia
We organize transport to a suitable airport and support you until your puppy is collected.

Clear terms
before you sign.
How is the price calculated?
The quote depends on the specific puppy, veterinary preparation, documents, care, route and third-party transport costs. Scope, amounts and payment stages are written into the contract before payment.
Why sign in advance?
Careful preparation takes time and limits the number of simultaneous cases. If you need a puppy by a particular month, the agreement and agreed advance reserve a place in the schedule. View the anonymised sample agreement ↗
What should I check before paying?
Ask for a recent video of the specific puppy, date of birth, parent information, available veterinary results and the draft contract. Discuss a video call. Gallery photos do not establish availability or health.
Why is rabies vaccination handled separately?
Core vaccinations and rabies vaccination are planned as separate stages. Actual records and the supporting certificate are checked for the specific puppy; owner personal data is not published.
When can the puppy fly?
The date depends on age, completed vaccinations, required intervals, treatments, documents and flights. An individual schedule is agreed before reservation; an impossible date is not promised.
What happens if a flight is cancelled or I withdraw?
Another route is agreed after a disruption. Read the contract for delays, additional costs, cancellation and refunds before paying.
Who handles my request?
Your selection manager helps you choose and keeps in touch. The service provider coordinates the seller, preparation, paperwork and departure. Identity and responsibilities are set out in the contract.
How many dogs are cared for at once?
No more than five. This deliberate limit preserves time for feeding, walks, training, adaptation and individual observation.
Can I choose sex, colour and size?
We take your preferences into account. Exact adult size, weight, temperament and future coat colour cannot be guaranteed from puppy photos.
Are these dogs suitable for children?
Careful introductions, socialisation and adult supervision are essential. Small puppies can be injured by rough handling. Consider the individual dog’s temperament.
Are they allergy-free?
No dog is completely allergen-free. Low shedding does not guarantee there will be no reaction. Discuss known allergies with your doctor before committing.
Can you arrange delivery outside Moscow?
We consider different Russian cities, subject to a suitable route, airport and collection arrangements. Confirm the destination, documents and route cost before signing.
How do I start?
Message us with your preferred breed, city and desired month. An enquiry is not a reservation. Do not pay before agreeing on a specific puppy and written terms.
